Hybrid Senior Development Accountant $110/k & 10% bonus
The Senior Development Accountant will primarily focus on development accounting while also handling operational property accounting. The role promises a dynamic and busy environment, offering exposure to a blend of retail, residential, and commercial properties.

Responsibilities
• Reconcile project costs to the general ledger
• Collaborate with project managers and third-party partners for monthly draw accruals
• Prepare corporate reporting for capital forecast requirements
• Ensure compliance with development and operating agreements
• Review and enhance controls and financial reporting for development projects
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (CPA preferred)
• 3-5 years of real estate accounting experience
• Proficiency in property management/ERP software (Yardi Voyager preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
