Job Description
Growing law firm is seeking insurance defense attorneys with 3 plus yrs of experience in Insurance defense litigation; Special interest in attorneys with first-party insurance litigation and/ or construction-defect litigation. Experience in 1 or more of the following practice areas would be ideal: commercial litigation, insurance defense, product liability employment law, business litigation.
The ideal attorney candidate will have the following:
Proficient at handling a case from inception to resolution including preparation of pleadings, motion practice, taking depositions and trial work, handling mediations
Experience in reviewing claims files, communicating with claims professionals and clients
Self-starter; professional
Works well both independently and in a collaborative environment
Energetic, enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
Steller research written and verbal communication skills are key
Motivated, ambitious, and career oriented

Pay: $145,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
