Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ICT Customer Support Officer to provide technical support and guidance to our internal and external clients. The successful candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage our LMS/SMS system aXcelerate, manage support requests, and ensure a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
● Day to day management of aXcelerate LMS/SMS.
● Respond to and resolve customer support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
● Proactively administering backup and recovery operations by maintaining and monitoring backup equipment and data
● Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
● Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
● Document support requests and solutions of real estate agent clients in line with RETSNSW and Office of Fair Trading policies.
● Provide guidance and training to clients on the use of aXcelerate LMS for efficient operations.
● Collaborate with the team to optimize day to day processes and improve delivery service.
Skills and Experience Required:
● Proven experience in ICT support or a similar role.
● Proven experience in Real Estate.
● Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, network configurations, and common software applications.
● Strong knowledge of our LMS/SMS aXcelerate.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Qualifications:
● Certificate IV in Information Technology, Diploma in ICT, or equivalent experience.
● aXcelerate Academy courses are desirable. (Student Management and Learning Management)
● Real Estate qualifications is preferred (Assistant Agent, Class 2, Class 1)
