Job Description
Our company is currently looking for a temporary Property Manager for 4 weeks in April 2026. The Property Manager will have the full responsibility of managing daily operations at assigned properties.
Key duties will cover all aspects of customer service duties including calls and emails from tenants, landlords and tradespeople. Entry, exit and routine inspections, organizing maintenance and repair, managing rent increases and lease renewals are also part of the job.
Support is provided with leasing consultant for inspections, admin and no trust accounting.
To be considered for this role you need:
A current Agents Representative
A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
Mandarin speaking is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills
Enhanced negotiation abilities
Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and propertytree
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Job Types: Casual, Contract
Contract length: 4 weeks
Pay: From $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
