Join Our Team as a Senior End-User Device Specialist
Are you passionate about technology and driven by delivering exceptional outcomes for end-users? We’re looking for THE driven individual to join our ICT Operations team in a dynamic and impactful role.
About the Role
As a key member of our Technical Support team, you’ll take ownership of supporting and maintaining over 4,000 endpoints. You’ll be championing the initiative to create an environment that values autonomy, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading by example with thorough research and commercially aware solutions.
Building strong relationships across the business to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Collaborating with R&D engineers and corporate staff to deliver meaningful outcomes.
Demonstrating excellence across our portfolio of services.
Contributing to team alignment and growth through consistent performance and engagement.

Skills and Experience
Relevant Tertiary degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Expertise with Dell laptops and desktops
Solid foundation with Network Infrastructure
Strong experience with Microsoft Technologies
Incident management expertise
Passionate for Customer Satisfaction
Eye for detail and process
Proactively looks for and resolves Environment issues
Enjoy documenting knowledge and sharing to the team
Proactive team player
Forward strategical thinking
Enjoys challenging themselves
Impeccable time management and prioritization skills
