Job Description
Understand how HR Business and IDT Strategy translate to and shape the current and future portfolio.
Provide support to the Senior Portfolio Manager, IDT Manager – RBS & IDT Manager -SDC with the required information on the applications, project delivery etc.
Independently perform the role of BA to deliver complex requirements.
Perform a Market scan to identify the fit-for-purpose products.
Work closely with various Vendors and business stakeholders during RFI and RFP process
Support and perform portfolio optimization activities to reduce the number of Applications.
Provide ad hoc data and reports to stakeholders.
Supporting and facilitating project team meetings and other delivery-related meetings
Coach/impart basics of HR to the new Business Analysts and testers in various projects.
Assess the Business Analysts while onboarding the resources into Projects
Backfill the role of Project manager Business Analyst or tester when needed.
What we need from you
Graduated with a bachelor's degree with at least 10+ years in IT with at least 4 years of Project Management & Business Analysis experience within the HR Domain
Strong Business Analysis skills demonstrated in delivering various HR projects.
Prior experience in Market scanning for various requirements and advising IDTA & IDTM to be able to make the decision in finalizing the right product.
Support Business IDT in developing business cases and preparing for POC, Pilot or implementation.
Experience in RFI and RFP processes and ability to constructively challenge stakeholders including Vendors.
Experience in preparing contracts.
Coach and lead small teams for effective delivery in a short span of time.
Demonstrated skills in conducting effective meetings and the ability to get buy-in from senior stakeholders.
Focus on collaboration, team building, and customer service with a product mindset.
