IFA Paraplanner
Location: Cardiff Gate CF23 8AA
Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
Join Our Dynamic Financial Planning Team as an IFA Paraplanner
Are you ready to be an essential part of a thriving financial advisory team? We are seeking a detail-oriented Paraplanner to support our financial planning team.
Key Responsibilities:
You must be able to compile compliant case files to include: data gathering, provider liaison, analysis of existing arrangements, whole of market research, suitability reports and submit applications; all to a high professional standard.
You must be capable of prioritising your own workload and completing tasks within specified timescales and deadlines.
Attention to detail, accuracy, grammar and spelling are key essential attributes.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: You must have a minimum of 2 years Paraplanning work experience in an independent financial advice practice.
Advanced pensions experience is preferred as a key element of our business is advising on pre, at and post retirement planning; including drawdown, pension switching, SIPPs and SSAS.
You should ideally have a good working knowledge of Iress XPLAN, Defaqto Engage, CashCalc, Assureweb, O&M Pension Profiler and ATEB Suitability, plus Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
Qualifications: You will already hold an appropriate financial planning Diploma Level 4 or other Paraplanning qualification plus minimum GCSE grades A-C/1-3 in Mathematics and English.
