There is an excellent job opportunity for a “Accountant” for a Industrial Rubber Products and customized Engineering company @ Chennai
Our client is an Indian manufacturer of engineered mechanical, rubber and polymeric components for multiple engineering sectors. established in 1+78 at Chennai, Tamil Nadu started out as a manufacturer of rubber moulded components.
Job Specification
Role – Accountant
Experience - 10+ years of experience in accounting
Location – Chennai
Qualification – B.Com, M.Com
CTC – 30 to 40 K
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining and preparation of various accounts like, transactions of Cash, Bank a/c, purchase a/c, sales a/c, journal account, stock a/c, receipt & payment accounts, Balance account etc.
Recording transactions in daily basis in Tally, maintaining books of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.
Check the accuracy of invoices and payroll transactions preparing and analysing accounting records and financial statements reports.
To prepare of monthly financial reports, daily collection reports, monthly overall due status, monthly petty cash expenditure, refunds statements.
GST and TDS deduction, E Invoicing, E Waybill generation, return preparation and filing on monthly/quarterly basis
Generation, return preparation and filing on monthly/quarterly basis.
Preparing Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss statement and other financial reports, Monthly Cash Flow, Monthly Budget v/s Actual Expenses
Analysing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses
Responsible for compute taxes owed and prepare tax return, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirement.
Support month-end and year-end close process
Handing of import/export documentations.
Preparation of MIS Statements like Inventory, Customer, Vendor Age wise Analysis, Cashflow Statements. Maintenance of Inventory Registers, Sales and Purchase Registers, Fixed Assets RegistersInterested candidates can share resume at amrita.r@futuresandcareers.com
