IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS THROUGH ZOOM– HUMAN RESOURCES -ADP, LEAVES, AND WORKERS' COMP– NEWPORT BEACH BY BACK BAY

Anza Management is currently seeking a full-time HR Admin Assistant with experience in ADP, Leave of Absence, and Workers' comp.

We are located in a beautiful location in Newport Beach, right on the Upper Back Bay, close to the beach and Fashion Island. Plenty of free parking and delicious places to eat. We have a relaxed and fun culture.

Requirements:

1-2 years HR experience preferred
ADP Workforce Now experience required
Knowledge in workers' Compensation claims / Leaves, FMLA, PDL, etc.
Bilingual in English and Spanish
ADP Modules (Performance Reviews, Onboarding, Applicant Tracking System, Reports, Medical Benefits)
A bachelor's degree
Have good computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Have good writing and basic math skills
Must have a valid CA driver's license
Will include a Background/Physical/Drug testing compliant with all laws
