Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales executive with a proven track record in institutional sales in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the Home Decor or Home Furnishing background and have established connections with decision-makers in admin and procurement departments. This role requires a high level of target orientation, the ability to perform under pressure, and the flexibility to travel across India for business purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets for institutional sales in the hospitality industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in admin and procurement departments in the hospitality industry.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
• Prospect for new clients and understand their needs, delivering effective presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts with clients to increase sales revenue and market share for the company's Home Decor or Home Furnishing products in the hospitality industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and product development to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in institutional sales in the Home Decor or Home Furnishing background.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India for business purposes.
Budget upto 6 - 7 lacs only
