Job Description
• Design and development of transmission systems, including gearboxes, shafts, clutches, and related drivetrain components.
• Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings using CATIA V5.
• Perform tolerance stack-up analysis, DFMEA, and DVP preparation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including simulation, manufacturing, and testing teams.
• Communicate with Japanese clients / stakeholders, interpret requirements, and provide technical support in Japanese.
• Review and manage design changes based on feedback and test results.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and design validation data.
