JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee financial reporting, MIS, consolidation, book closures, and internal audit processes. This role will also be responsible for the closure of financial statements of all entities of Duroshox.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare, review, and ensure timely completion of financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors for statutory audit processes.
• Prepare and present MIS reports, financial analysis, and dashboards to management for informed decision-making.
• Perform financial consolidation for group companies, ensuring accuracy and consistency across entities.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual book closure activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with accounting policies.
• Work closely with internal and external auditors to ensure timely closure of audit findings.
• Implement corrective measures to address audit observations and enhance financial controls.
• Oversee the financial closure of foreign subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with local accountants and regulatory authorities for seamless execution of closure activities.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Education: CA.
Experience: 8-12 years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and audit handling.
Strong understanding financial consolidation principles.
Proficiency in ERP systems SAP and financial reporting tools.KRA
Financial Reporting Accuracy: % of error-free financial statements
Book Closure Timeliness: Number of days taken for monthly/annual closure
Audit Compliance: Number of audit findings and resolution time
MIS Effectiveness: Frequency and quality of MIS reports shared with management
Subsidiary Closure Efficiency: Timeliness and compliance in foreign subsidiary financial closures
