Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic Customer Experience Specialist to support our real estate team. You will handle front-desk operations, assist agents, and ensure a smooth experience for our clients. No prior experience is needed—we are looking for a quick learner with a great attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and manage the front desk professionally.
Handle phone calls, emails, and schedule property viewings.
Organize digital files and manage office calendars.
Prepare real estate listing documents and presentations.
Maintain office supplies and assist with event coordination.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
