We are seeking an associate attorney for our Ft Lauderdale office to handle both complex litigation and transactions 50/50 split in areas of law such as commercial litigation, employment law and administrative law.

We are seeking a litigator with at least 3-5 years of litigation experience that is interested in splitting their time between litigation and transactional work.

Collaborate gathering necessary evidence and supporting documentation
Maintain accurate records of case progress and deadlines
