Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Immigration Attorney or similar role
Proven experience in removal defense, re-entry cases, and immigration status
Excellent legal research and writing skills
Strong experience in conducting depositions, mediations, and hearings
Proficient in preparing legal documents and pleadings
Excellent negotiation and mediation skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously
Strong understanding of legal compliance and procedures
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client relationships
Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions
Demonstrated ability to represent clients effectively in court
