Admission to a U.S. state bar
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Associate Attorney, with a focus on immigration law
Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration law and procedure, including family-based petitions, employment-based applications, asylum law, removal defense, and appeals
Excellent legal research and writing skills
Strong advocacy skills, with experience representing clients before USCIS, EOIR, and BIA
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines

Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and representation to clients in all aspects of U.S. immigration law, with a focus on permanent residence applications, specifically EB-5 and family based cases
Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications, including family-based petitions, employment-based applications, asylum applications, and removal defense cases
Represent clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA)
Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, briefs, motions, and appeals
Stay updated on changes in immigration law and policy, and advise clients accordingly
Maintain client files and case management system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure the highest quality of legal services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is an on-site position that offers a unique opportunity to work on complex and challenging immigration cases, providing comprehensive legal advice and representation to a diverse clientele. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, employment-based applications, asylum cases, removal defense, and appeals.
