Our immigration team is focused on facilitating the entrance of people to the USA. Our lawyers and support staff are dedicated to helping our clients understand and navigate the complexities of US Immigration law.

Lawyer needed to work in our office of:
• San Antonio, Texas

Typical Duties Include:
• Represent clients in immigration related matters.
• Communicate and keep clients informed regarding their immigration matters.
• Supervise team of paralegals and legal assistants.
• Train paralegals and legal assistants as needed.
• Prepare and review immigration applications before submitting with USCIS, DOL or DOS.
• Coordinate and communicate with other attorneys and staff about on-going cases and/or projects.

Qualifications:
• Must have excellent English and Spanish oral and writing communication skills.
• Must be licensed to practice law in any state in the United States.
• Experience in immigration law is not required. Training will be provided.
• J.D.’s waiting to take bar exam are welcome to apply.
