Job Overview
Crossbridge Immigration is a dynamic and client-focused immigration consultancy helping individuals, families, and employers navigate the Canadian immigration system with clarity and confidence. We specialize in economic, family, and employer-driven immigration pathways, including OINP, other PNPs, LMIA-based work permits, and spousal sponsorships. We're currently seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Immigration Case Manager to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
Manage full lifecycle of immigration applications including: OINP, Other Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIA), Spousal and Family Sponsorship applications and more.
Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring timely and appropriate services are provided.
Manage and oversee a caseload of family-based, employment-based, and humanitarian immigration matters.
Conduct assessments to determine client needs and develop individualized care plans.
Communicate effectively with clients via phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks to document client interactions and updates in a timely manner.
Track deadlines and monitor government correspondence (AORs, refusals, etc.).
Provide administrative support including clerical duties such as filing and organizing documents.
Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary based on feedback and outcomes.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Canadian immigration case management (consultancy or legal firm).
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
In-depth understanding of Canadian immigration programs, especially OINP, PNPs, LMIA, and family sponsorships.
Excellent written communication skills for documentation purposes.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
