Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Case Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to clients by managing case files, coordinating services, and ensuring effective communication between all parties. This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in various computer applications. The Case Worker will play a vital role in delivering quality service and fostering positive outcomes for clients across diverse needs.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the Immigration application procedure, ensuring that the process runs smoothly and timely from beginning till end.
Counsel and guide client on different immigration programs and evaluate cases based on clients' eligibility and suitability.
Create profiles, fill forms, organize files, arrange documents, and submit applications while overseeing the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
Requirements

Work experience directly related to Visa and Immigration file preparation ;
Experience using a computer, word processing and spreadsheet software, electronic mail and other web-based applications in an office environment;
Experience working in a client-service environment, including the delivery of courteous and effective in-person service;

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
