Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Immigration Lawyer based in Miami, FL. The Business Immigration Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal counsel on immigration matters to corporate and individual clients. Daily tasks include preparing visa petitions, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, representing clients in legal proceedings, and liaising with immigration authorities. The lawyer will also research and stay updated on the latest immigration laws and regulations to provide the best possible service to clients.
Qualifications
• Expertise in immigration law, nationality law, and consular legal services
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and clients simultaneously
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or other languages is a plus
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the bar in the state of Florida
