We're seeking an Implementation Specialist to join us. This is a remote position.
As an Implementation Specialist, you will be a key contributor in our implementation process. This individual will interface with a number of different functional departments which may include technology, operations, and client service team members, and will be responsible for effectively and efficiently communicating with all groups.
What you’ll do:
Execute required implementation tasks according to the implementation plan and make adjustments as necessary
Meet established schedule deadlines for implementation completion
Support established communication schedule and provide updates to team members so they may communicate on the progress of implementations
Work with the implementation manager to ensure proper system set up and functionality for each client
Appropriately document implementation activities
Participate in required client calls to be available for questions regarding implementation completion
Ensure that the implementation deliverables are on time and at the required level of quality
Support current client base with new or existing implementation needs
Other duties as assigned
What you’ll bring to Zotec:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Management
2 + years in a project management role with responsibility for owning the project plan
Proficiency in MS Office product suite
Excellent oral and written communication
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Demonstrated effectiveness in working across multiple functions within an organization
Ability to do what it takes to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and adherence to established processes
