Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and verify import/export documents, including invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
• Liaise with customs authorities to ensure timely clearance of goods.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping lines to arrange transportation.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on shipment status and address any queries or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Assist in the mobilization and demobilization of projects by handling all necessary documentation.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure seamless logistics support.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in import documentation or a related field.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using documentation management systems and office software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
