In-home Assessment Aide (Bilingual English/Arabic)

Job Description:
Performs and completes In-Home assessment of patients for respite services.
Assess the safety of the patient's home environment.
Assess the patient's functions in activities of daily living.
Assess other environmental, social, and behavioral factors that might impact the functions and needs of the patients.
Gather necessary details and submit information on a timely basis.
Contact, schedule and confirm in-home assessment and respite services.
Providing superior patient care; comfort, safety and confidentiality.
Communicate effectively with staff and employees for scheduling needs.
Assist with the coordination of referrals, confirmations and billing for respite services.
Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal and organization skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Committed to safety precautions and high ethical standards.
Compassionate nature and patience.
Emotional/mental stability and stamina.
What we're looking for:
Experience with Dementia Care; Alzheimer's; Parkinson's. (Preferred)
Committed to providing patients with high-quality care.
Energetic and compassionate.
Team player and great communicator with the ability to interact effectively with doctors, patients, peers and management.
License/Certification:
Driver License
CPR Certification
HCA- Home Care Aide (Preferred)
