Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients in the outpatient environment. This role involves developing individualized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
Develop and implement personalized care plans that address specific patient needs.
Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including trigger point therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment options and home care strategies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning and ongoing care.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and care plans in accordance with medical terminology standards.
Requirements

Master (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Proficiency in medical terminology and the ability to develop effective care plans.
Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Knowledge of orthopedic conditions and rehabilitation techniques.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
