We are seeking a skilled and proactive Corporate Commercial In-House Lawyer. This individual will provide comprehensive legal support and guidance across a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while supporting the company’s strategic goals. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and other business teams, managing a variety of legal issues related to corporate governance, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and corporate transactions.
