About the Role
We are looking for an In-House Legal Specialist to join our team at RVU Co UK. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial law and be able to advise on a range of complex issues.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' post-qualification experience in-house or at a commercial or corporate law firm, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality legal advice. They will also have a strong understanding of IT, data protection, e-privacy laws, and corporate law.
In this role, you will work closely with our business teams to provide full-service commercial legal support. This will include drafting, negotiating, and executing commercial agreements, as well as advising on complex commercial issues.
