About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated In-House Property Lawyer with 0 - 1 year of experience in handling property and real estate-related legal matters. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance, drafting, reviewing, and managing property-related documentation, and providing legal support for property transactions and company projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and vet property-related agreements, deeds, MoUs, and contracts.
• Conduct legal due diligence of properties, including title verification and compliance checks.
• Handle lease agreements, rental contracts, and property registrations.
• Liaise with external legal counsel, government offices, and regulatory authorities when required.
• Provide legal advice to management on property-related disputes and compliance matters.
• Maintain proper documentation of all property-related legal records.
• Assist in resolving legal disputes, litigation, or arbitration relating to properties.
Qualifications & Skills:
• LLB/LLM degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in property/real estate law.
• Strong knowledge of property laws, land acquisition, registration processes, and compliance.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Employment Terms:
• Commitment: 1-year contractual commitment (minimum).
• Full-time, in-house position.
