Job Description
We are looking for a psychologist proficient in speaking Telugu. The role would involve online counselling (chat, audio, video), telephonic counseling. Remote work is allowed but being based in Bangalore and working from office would be a great plus.
We are providing counseling support to our clients 24x7. Interested people should be willing to work in rotational shifts and working in the night shifts.
Role
Providing Counselling to clients (chat/Audio/Video)
Providing telephonic counseling to clients
Becoming the quality gatekeeper (Supervision/Quality Reviews)
Creating various self-help modules
Requirement
Minimum Masters in Psychology completed
Fresher / less than 2 years of experience
Belief in the effectiveness of online counselling
Must have proficient Telugu speaking skills
Experience with Addiction related clients is a plus
Bangalore based (working out of office) would be a plus
Willing to work in the rotational shift with weekday as weekly off
