We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Accountant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform and review daily, monthly, quarterly and annual fund accounting functions as assigned.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to complete various tasks.
• Owning and resolving cash breaks in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitoring aged and significantly sized breaks, following up with stakeholders as required.
• Serving as the primary reviewer and quality assurance of team deliverables.
• Calculating, booking and reviewing deal-wise fees such as management and incentive/carry fees.
• Ensuring end-customer satisfaction and process efficiency.
• Maintaining client/CRM satisfaction by keeping them informed about expected delays and reasons.
• Documenting expectations and clearing understanding gaps through calls/meetings.
• Having in-depth knowledge of applications used to complete tasks.
• Performing root cause analysis and escalating issues to managers as needed.
