Job Description
We are looking for an Independent Recruiter based in Canada to support our rapid growth in the United States. Your main mission will be to identify, engage, and pre-qualify top freelance talent across the US market, particularly for roles in Sales - Full remote !
Your Responsibilities:
Active sourcing:
Identify and attract freelance profiles specialized in Customer Experience and Sales (Sales, Tele-sales, Customer Support, etc.) within the US and Canadian markets.
CV screening:
Review and filter incoming applications efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
Pre-selection interviews:
Conduct phone or video interviews to assess both technical skills and soft skills of candidates.
Reporting:
Track your activities and regularly deliver qualified shortlists of candidates.
Required Profile (Must-have):
Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within a call center environment or a recruitment agency
Strong ability to handle high volumes of applications while maintaining quality screening
Good understanding of the US job market
Excellent communication skills in English (native or near-native level required)
Comfortable conducting interviews and engaging with candidates remotely
Conditions:
