We are a manufacturer of dental and surgical instruments for last 30 years and have our office across Europe and Asia. We recently opened our sales office in Ontario and seeking a highly motivated and experienced Independent Sales Manager specializing in dental supplies to join our dynamic team. As an Independent Contractor, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, driving sales growth, and building lasting relationships with dental professionals and companies. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in dental supply sales, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and be self-motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Market Expansion:

Identify and target new business opportunities within the dental industry.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base.
Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in dental clinics, hospitals, and dental laboratories.
Sales and Revenue Generation:

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Present and promote our range of dental supplies, highlighting unique selling points and value propositions.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Collaborate with existing customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Product Knowledge:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product line and industry trends.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients as needed.
Provide expertise and guidance on product selection to meet customer needs.
Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Act as a liaison between customers and the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, outlining achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, contracts, and customer interactions.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Independent Sales champion in the dental supplies industry.
Strong network and relationships within the dental community.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
Knowledge of dental products, procedures, and industry regulations.

Compensation:

This opportunity is commission based only and no basic pay will be offered. We would like someone to work with us as Partner and grow with us to achieve high success. The ideal candidate should be a subcontractor and handsome incentive/commission will be offered, based on sales target.

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
