IPERC Academy is looking for an Educational Program Recruiter to work with international education agencies and schools throughout Mumbai to promote IPERC’s secondary school and university programs.
Previous experience working for international education recruitment is a must; If you do not have this experience, you need not apply. Similarly, it is critical to possess a strong network of professional contacts/agencies/administration officials/etc. in order to quickly build your base of recruitment. IPERC is a supportive organization that will assist overseas employees in a variety of ways, but it is ultimately the recruiter’s responsibility to understand your local environment and successfully recruit students and educational partners in your area. Finally, all applicants must have a working-level proficiency in English and a solid understanding of the U.S./Canadian education systems.
