Key Role and Responsibilities:

Indirect Tax:
• Ensure Compliance with respect to GST, VAT, CST, Entry Tax, and Entertainment Tax.
• Closure of Indirect Tax Assessments of VAT, CST, Entry Tax, and Entertainment Tax.
• Active Participation in GST Audit.
• Active Participation in reply to Show Cause notices and attend hearings.
• Dealing with departments like Commercial Taxes, Entertainment Taxes, and follow-up with Consultants.

Requirements:
• Good communication skills.
• Liaisoning capabilities with government departments.
• Understanding of MS Office and Oracle.
• Analytical skills.
• Accounting and taxation knowledge.

Role Description:

The Manager Taxation will be responsible for ensuring compliance with indirect tax laws and regulations across various states. This includes the closure of assessments, active participation in audits, and responding to show-cause notices. Strong liaisoning skills and understanding of taxation and accounting principles are essential for this role.
