Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced FMCG Process Project Engineer to join our team at Manpower UK Ltd. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of engineering projects within the Sourcing Units.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of detailed project schedules, cost estimates, and project documentation.
Installation, testing, and commissioning of plant equipment and systems.
Conducting technical surveys and feasibility studies to inform project decisions.
Creation of comprehensive project documentation, including scope documents and risk assessments.
Collaboration with process designers to ensure effective plant and process design.
Management of contractors, oversight of their work, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Management of civil aspects of plant installation, including groundwork for new vessel installations.
Regular project updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proven experience in FMCG process projects.
Knowledge of hygienic plant and process design principles.
Expertise in managing contractors and ensuring safe working practices.
Ability to interpret process P&IDs and plant flow layouts.
Chemical engineering degree or equivalent experience.
Project management certification or relevant experience.
IOSH Managing safety certification.
