Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Mentoring: Leading and mentoring production teams, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
Safety Initiatives: Ensuring a culture of safety, leading initiatives to promote safe work practices.
Daily Operations: Managing daily production operations, ensuring targets are met to plan.
Process Optimisation: Optimising production processes for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Quality Standards: Ensuring that ISO +001 standards and other relevant quality certifications are complied with.
KPI Monitoring: Monitoring and managing KPIs related to production, safety, and quality.
Process Improvements: Driving process improvements and lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste, increase productivity, and improve safety.
