Key Responsibilities:
Lead process engineering activities across the business, overseeing technical projects and ensuring timely delivery of client deliverables.
Chair design risk assessments, including HAZOP and DSEAR, to identify potential hazards and implement safety measures.
Develop and manage process engineering standards, ensuring consistency and adherence to industry regulations.
Grow into a leadership role, mentoring junior engineers and developing their skills and competencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical designs and support, meeting customer needs and safety standards.
Develop and implement process improvements, optimizing industrial process systems and specifying enquiries for detailed design and construction.
Assist in developing and growing the process engineering team, promoting professional growth and development within the company.
