Role of Candidate :
• Ideation and conceptualization of Influencer Marketing plans.
• Identify and build relationships with influencers
• Design end-to-end influencer campaigns that support the brand objectives
• Build relationships with marketing agencies and track the campaigns
• Increase outreach on social media and with the influencer community
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and creative campaigns
• Onboarding, Cost negotiation, Briefing & Campaign Execution with influencers/influencer marketing agencies.
• Monitoring influencer marketing activities, tracking & analyzing data, post-campaign evaluation, identifying key learnings and opportunities for improvement to meet campaign objectives
• Be aware of influencer marketing industry trends
• Analyze the performance metrics
Profile of Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing
•1-2 years of relevant experience in handling Influencer Marketing/ social media.
• Proficiency with various social media platforms - Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
• Well organized with great time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
