Job Overview:
We are looking for ambitious and talented individuals to join our program. As a Marketing Executive, you will undergo comprehensive training and development to gain a deep understanding of our business operations, values, and culture. You will work with Influencer marketing department, learning from experienced professionals and gaining hands-on experience in different aspects of the fashion industry. This program is designed to cultivate future leaders who will drive innovation, foster growth, and uphold our brand's legacy of excellence.
Responsibilities:
1. Working directly with the co-founders/ core team of LDU across all of the verticals of the organization.
2. Responsible for executing influencer marketing campaigns with innovative ideas and collecting their insights.
3. Consulting with relevant teams before moving on a strategy decided for transparent communication.
4. Track campaign performance, and generate reports to evaluate the success and impact
5. Managing various Influencer Marketing Channels across Instagram, Facebook, Affiliate, etc.
6. Being flexible and adaptable to take on different tasks, responsibilities and coordinating cross-functional teams as needed.
7. Creating reports/ dashboard and performing analytics to identify actional insights
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's/master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable brand initiatives.
3. Familiarity with Influencer Marketing Ads, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, etc. would be preferred.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
5. Good command over MS Excel is a must.
