The Opportunity
Are you skilled in information management and passionate about delivering top-tier service? Join us as an Information Management Administrator and help shape our information systems with best practices and innovative strategies!
Key Responsibilities:
Enhance Services: Implement & promote industry best practices in information management & design Council's information structures.
Execute Strategies: Support the implementation of information management strategies, including policies, procedures, & corporate training.
Provide Insight: Offer advice, recommendations, & reports on information management culture, risks, & improvement opportunities.
Manage Recovery: Assist with the implementation and review of the Information Management Disaster Recovery Plan.
Compliance: Understand and address business information needs and compliance requirements across the organization.
Collaborate: Build strong relationships with IT staff to integrate records management into our systems.
