Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX, for an Information Technology Analyst. The Information Technology Analyst will be responsible for analyzing IT needs, providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, and maintaining optimal system performance. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing technical problems, offering timely solutions, and ensuring smooth operation of all IT systems and networks. The analyst will collaborate with teams to communicate technical solutions effectively and support continuous IT improvements.
Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess technical problems and identify effective solutions
• Proficiency in Information Technology, including system maintenance and software applications
• Experience with Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address and resolve IT-related issues quickly
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively explain technical concepts and work collaboratively with team members
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or similar are a plus
• Familiarity with real estate or private investment sectors is advantageous
