We are looking for a smart and dynamic Business Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience. The person should engage clients to gather project requirements/business rules and ensure alignment with development teams.Role ResponsibilitiesCreating a complete business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutionsSpot new opportunities for account expansion optimization propose them to account managers or project coordinatorsDescribe requirements in a well-structured format like Functional document (FD), Use case diagrams and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)Competitor Analysis and perform market researchAbility to manage projects and strong problem-solving skills and recommend innovative solutionsHelp design, document and maintain system processesConstantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer Communicating with clients to get clear requirements Communicating with technical team to get technical details for requirement to mention in documentationPreparing infographics for LinkedIn postRequired SkillsMinimum 3 years of experience as a business analystCompetency with MS Word and ExcelExcellent grip in building Wireframe and flowchart using Draw.io and other advanced toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAnalytical mindset and attention to detail
