Job Title: System Administrator
Location: Delhi

Key Responsibilities:
1. System Management:
o Install, configure, and maintain Window servers 2012, 2016, physical.
o Window Server Active Directory, DHCP, DNS.
o Google workspace (Admin Console) and familiar with Microsoft O365.
o Familiar with Domain and Web Hosting.
o Manage and monitor system performance, ensuring optimal operation and reliability.
o Perform regular system updates and patches to ensure security and functionality.
o Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery processes.
2. Network Management:
o Configure and maintain network hardware and software, including routers.
o Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
o Ensure network security by implementing and maintaining security protocols and best practices.
3. User Support:
o Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
o Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
4. Security:
o Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems.
o Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
o Respond to and mitigate security incidents and breaches.
o Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
o Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and equipment.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Minimum of [3-5] years of experience in system administration or a similar role.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Windows Server, operating systems.
o Experience with cloud services (MS O365, Google Cloud).
o Familiarity with network protocols, firewall management, and VPNs.
• Soft Skills:
o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
