Job Description – IT Program Manager (Finance, Coupa, ERP, Accounts Payable)
Job Type: W2 Only
Location: Hybrid (Los Angeles / Greater Los Angeles / Southern California) – must be local to LA area for hybrid
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
• Top-tier communication skills with ability to engage executives and multi-stakeholder groups
• 9+ years of IT program/project management experience in complex enterprise environments
• Most recent 7 years as IT Program Manager
• Prior experience as IT Project Manager
• 6+ years experience building and deploying quoting & ordering systems
• Opportunity-to-Order (O2O) process standardization across business entities
• 6+ years experience integrating ERP, CRM, and downstream Order Management Systems (OMS)
• 6+ years experience with ERP, finance systems, quoting/order management, and AP automation tools (Coupa mandatory exposure)
• Proven experience leading Accounts Payable (AP) transformation and standardization across multiple entities
• Strong background in ERP implementation and financial system transformation programs
• Experience driving process standardization and enterprise transformation initiatives
• Proven ability to develop and execute program plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestones
• Experience working in large-scale SaaS, fintech, manufacturing, ERP, or tech enterprises
