- Exposed to target searches, to translate the business mandates into actual search. (Experienced in handling IT Recruitment for all IT related roles and positions.
– Managing entire Talent Acquisition and delivery of the project in TAT as a Single Point of Contact.
- Managing client accounts, telecon and E-Meeting with the candidates, clients, scheduling calls to understand and improve the workflow.
- Use and knowledge of Portals - Naukri, monster, indeed etc and social sites
- Use social media platforms like LinkedIn & facebook
- Headhunt and deliver quality profiles as per client’s mandates and specification.
- Maintained professional relationships with candidates, client to ensure top-notch customer service
- Candidate and Client interaction, documenting, and update the same to operational team.
- Solved problems at all stages of the customer life cycle. - Data collection & analyzing and further making the improvement plans.
- Support the clients in searches, job posting and mass mails.
- Capture customer and client information using spreadsheets and other documentation.
- Developing exclusive services in recruitment process outsourcing, professional staffing, and organized manpower supply.
- Managing everything from the planning to the interview, leading to selection and hiring, right up to their work-site arrival.
