About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dwarka. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level and second-level IT support to end-users (onsite & remote).
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, hardware, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot issues related to networks, desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Ensure system security through antivirus updates, patches, and backups.
Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.).
Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement, repair, and support.
Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions.
Support in IT infrastructure upgrades, server maintenance, and cloud solutions.
Key Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
0-1 year of experience in IT support/desktop support/network support.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, MS Office, and networking fundamentals.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Office 365, VPN, and firewalls.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Preferred
Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, CCNA, ITIL) will be an advantage.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Workspace).
