Responsibilities
The Infrastructure Engineer III will be responsible for the deployment, management, and ongoing support of our global IT infrastructure, with a focus on systems across North, Central, and South America
The successful candidate will work with technologies such as Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, and Citrix, while ensuring smooth operation and support of network technologies including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and VPNs
The role also includes managing virtual server environments, maintaining Active Directory, and implementing SCCM and Intune environments for software and OS deployments
Key Responsibilities:Deploy, manage, and support infrastructure systems across the Americas, including virtual server estates worldwide
Maintain and manage Active Directory and Entra environments, including Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and more
Conduct ad-hoc and project-based implementations as required
Ensure the deployment of desktop operating systems, patches, and software using SCCM and Intune
Collaborate with 3rd party suppliers for escalation and issue resolution
Work closely with global support teams to manage incidents and ensure service continuity
Create and maintain technical documentation
Monitor infrastructure proactively to identify and resolve issues before they escalate
Provide support for backups and restores using Avamar and Veeam solutions
Act as an escalation point for the service desk, helping resolve complex technical issues
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members
