Do you want to work:on environmental, social and governance issueswith an amazing team of like-minded creative thinkersin a fast-paced dynamic environmentfor some of the biggest and most forward-looking brands in the worldResponsibilitiesRegional Recruitment Mandates (85%)Partner with business partners in the region to understand open jobs and take full ownership of those mandatesWork closely with HRBPs and regional HR Generalists in carrying out end-to-end recruitment exercisesAchieve KPIs and fulfil business needs on recruitment in a timely mannerCreate and manage the candidate pipelines and perform active candidate searching as well as owning the complete candidate funnelDeliver an engaging experience to all candidates emphasizing cultural fitPrepare employment offers, contracts and onboarding documents for new hiresConduct reference checks for new hiresManage recruitment channels and funnel creation (10%)Explore new resources and manage various recruitment channels including but not limited to local job boards, recruitment fairs, campus recruitment Handle quotation, payment and renewal issues related to recruitmentGlobal recruitment projects (5%)Other ad hoc project as assignedQualificationsDegree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplinesMinimum 4-6 years’ regional HR experience in in-house recruitment / RPO agency, especially in IT industry / professional industriesKnowledge in ESG / sustainability spectrum will be a plusWell-versed in Employment Ordinance, Human Resources practices and related legislation knowledge on SEA countries will be an advantageSelf-starter, with the ability to take initiative and fast learnerAble to handle multi-tasks and work under tight deadlinesEffective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, high level of accuracy and detail-oriented are requiredExperience in dynamic and fast pace professional environmentFluent in both spoken and written EnglishImmediate available would be an advantageEqual Opportunity EmployerELEVATE is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace and is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
