Overview:
PLEASE NOTE: This is a remote position. In accordance with CHLA policy, candidates must establish primary residency in California prior to their start date.

Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Innovation Analyst is responsible for supporting the full range of aspects of the KidsX Network, Community, and supporting projects. KidsX projects may be specific to a department or may be complex, multi-department, multi-disciplinary or organization-wide projects. The analyst will be responsible for maintaining administrative, strategic, and operational needs for the KidsX Network. The Innovation analyst will also support efforts to generate and support novel ideas to expand KidsX offerings by executing community events, accelerator related projects, and other idea generation and management techniques. The analyst will also conduct regular research and diligence on innovative technologies to ensure a robust innovation pipeline for KidsX. The analyst will support efforts to maintain a strong innovation culture for the KidsX team at CHLA.
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 4+ years working in the healthcare field; experience with hospital operations, business development, and event execution.
Education/Licensure/Certification: Undergraduate degree required. Will consider combination of experience and relevant education. Master’s Degree in healthcare or business related field preferred.
Pay Scale Information: CHLA values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization. Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
