About the Job We are pleased to present this unique opportunity to join a leading international Legal 500 Law Firm with office in Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds and London. Solicitor – Healthcare & Inquests – up to £75k + Excellent Benefits Package – Generous Bonus Scheme The Role Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Healthcare Regulatory Team, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Solicitor to work alongside its existing Team dealing with a range of regulatory cases including inquests, Court of Protection, Deprivation of Liberty and Information Law matters The ideal candidate will have experience in Healthcare Regulatory with exposure to advocacy. There is a steady flow of new instructions from private care providers and NHS Resolution and the firm is seeking a motivated, technically strong lawyer with ambition, who can develop relationships and provide an exceptional level of service to its clients. The successful candidate can sit in either the Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds or London office The Candidate A qualified solicitor with 1+ years PQE Experience in Healthcare Regulatory matters Previous exposure to advocacy is essential Must be able to handle a caseload from straightforward to complex matters Must have a solid understanding of the healthcare regulatory market Strong technical and organisation skills A pragmatic and methodical approach to handling a variety of cases An ability to adopt a commercial perspective to legal issues Be highly client focused.
