Position: Marketing – Inside Sales Associate (Fresher)
Experience: 0–1 Year
Location: Kharadi, Pune
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Account Mapping
Identify target accounts across priority industries (Media, AdTech, MarTech)
Map key stakeholders (CXOs, decision-makers, influencers)
Build and maintain account intelligence (org structure, priorities, tech stack)
2. Lead Generation & Outreach
Execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Personalize outreach based on account insights
Generate and qualify early-stage leads
3. Sales Support
Work closely with sales team to align on target accounts and messaging
Schedule meetings and hand over qualified opportunities
Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach performance
4. Data & Process Discipline
Maintain structured trackers for accounts, contacts, and outreach
Continuously refine lists and improve targeting quality
Follow defined outreach cadences and playbooks
What We are Looking For
MBA (Marketing / Sales) from a reputed institute
Strong research and analytical thinking
Excellent written and verbal communication
High ownership and willingness to learn
Comfort with LinkedIn, email outreach, and basic CRM tools
Nice to have
Internship or exposure to B2B sales / lead generation
Interest in Media, AdTech, or digital marketing
